Taco Circus

Taco Circus is a Tex Mex restaurant located near Bevo Mill in the Bosnian area of town (South Saint Louis). It's a small place tucked away on a side street off Morganford. I was very impressed and returned twice in one weekend. The menu mainly revolves around a few meat options: ground beef, pork steak, chicken fajita, and steak fajita. You can order them in the form of a burrito, a taco (with soft flour/corn or hard shell; onion and cilantro, lettuce and tomato, or all four), and a variety of breakfast options. They have a special taco that has beef brisket, egg, white queso, etc. that is pretty filling and highly recommended. I like all of the tacos. I went with hard shell for the ground beef and soft flour for the other ones. Don't forget to check the fridge for the various hot sauces that they make (green is the mildest, red is medium, yellow is hot). Their food tastes excellent and fresh and they only use local Missouri raised meat and eggs. This place is very strong and highly recommended. https://www.tacocircus.com/
