I have been meaning to do an update.  Here is a short one:

You can hit all three for a triple bang (they're so close to each other!)

I have been loving the Crossing...

Drinking lots of sparkling water (in ONE WEEK it will be the first anniversary of my alcohol-free life).  I like Gerolsteiner.  

I make up for the carbs in other ways....
